Annual Health Fair June 17, 2006
Every June MGI has an annual Health
and Sports Fair to promote healthy
lifestyles, proper nutrition, exercise
and sports activities. Last June there
were over 1000 participants and 45
agencies and vendors including the
UCLA Mobile Eye Clinic, Behavioral
Health Services, Starbucks and
Subway just to name a few. There is
a live DJ and giveaways including
bicycles and tickets to Disneyland.
MGI Holiday Party December 20, 2006
In December MGI provides homeless and underprivileged children with
some holiday cheer at the Hawthorne Holiday Celebration. Through
donations MGI is able to provide children and their families with gifts of
clothing, shoes, books, food and toys.

Oktoberfest is an annual fundraising event sponsored by Alpine Village.
This special unique event is to crescendo of a fundraising campaign for
19 nonprofit organizations to raise funds for their much needed programs.
